After School Clubs

Our Lady of Grace Infant School is pleased to be able to offer wraparound care for our children from 8.00am until 5.50pm every day of the school year.  

Busy Bees After School Club

If you need to contact our Busy Bees After School Club, please send an email to: busybees@ologinfants.brent.sch.uk.

From September 2025, we will operate 3 sessions as follows:

3.10pm - 4.15pm  at a cost of £6.00/session
4.10pm - 5.50pm (after an activity) at a cost of £12.00/session which includes a healthy snack
3.10pm - 5.50pm at a cost of £18.00/session which includes a healthy snack

We also collect children from the Junior School at 3.25pm who can access the following sessions:
3.25pm - 4.15pm at a cost of £6.00/session
3.25pm - 5.50pm at a cost of £18.00/session which includes a healthy snack

Each Summer Term, we will offer places for parents to book for the following academic year.  We will ask for payment of a deposit of £100.00, which is non-refundable if you cancel the booking or do not provide the requisite notice - this is to ensure that all children who would like a place are able to be offered a place.  Your place is guaranteed for the academic year or you can book for the term.  We would ask that payment for our After School Club is made in advance via scopay.  Please click on the links below to access further documentation:

After School Activities

We also offer various after school activities which run from 3.10pm until either 4.00pm or 4.10pm.  We try to ensure that all children have an opportunity to attend our after school activities, so these activities are booked per term and the activities offered may vary each term.  If your child has not been successful in obtaining a place at your chosen activity for one term, you will have priority booking for that activity the following term.   

Our activities for the Autumn Term 2025-26 are:

Monday:        Drama for Reception - 3.10pm - 4.10pm
Tuesday:       Chess for Year 2  - 3.10pm - 4.00pm
Tuesday:       Forest Schools for Year 1 - 3.10pm - 4.45pm
Wednesday:  Board Games for Year 1 - 3.10pm - 4.10pm
Friday:           Football for Year 2 - 3.10pm - 4.10pm

We accept all forms of childcare vouchers, including the Government Tax Free Childcare.   Please visit the Childcare Choices website for full information on all schemes available.
